For cruise passengers, that approach begins with a tighter frame: your ship’s call. We make the route realistic for the time available, then shape it around what you want to see and how you prefer to move.

We provide the shore excursion only. Your cruise ticket and the cruise line’s schedule remain separate from our service.

Our local approach

Japan is not one experience. Every port has its own traditions, landscapes, food, stories, and local communities. Our role is to connect travelers with that difference—not through a generic tour, but through experiences created by people who live here.

What makes YAGI different is simple: our journeys are made in Japan, by local Japanese teams, for travelers who want to experience the real Japan. From the moment you step ashore, we want you to feel connected to the place, the people, and the local culture.

How we plan

Three things guide every proposal.

A clear port-day plan should be easy to understand before you make a decision.

01

Start with the ship clock

The published arrival and departure window comes first. Travel time, opening hours and a practical return margin shape what can fit.

02

Plan for real people

Interests, energy, mobility and walking pace matter more than squeezing every landmark into a single port day.

03

Make the details visible

The route, price, inclusions, optional costs, meeting point and applicable terms are explained before a booking is confirmed.

What you can expect

Support before your day ashore.

A route that fits

We check distances, local conditions, attraction hours and your preferred pace rather than promising an unrealistic checklist.

A clear choice of format

Private tours begin with a starting group price and consultation. Shared tours show a planning estimate; group size, operation and final price are confirmed after consultation.

Written confirmation

Availability, final price, inclusions, meeting details, group status and applicable terms are confirmed before payment.
