Tokyo and Yokohama from your cruise port

Compare a Tokyo-focused port day with a slower Yokohama route, based on your berth, available hours and walking pace.

Start with the actual terminal

A sailing may describe its call as Tokyo or Yokohama. Send the exact terminal shown by your cruise line, plus arrival and all-aboard times. The JNTO access guide below covers Osanbashi in Yokohama; it is not a pickup instruction for every ship.

Choose a city, not an overloaded checklist

For a Tokyo-focused day, ask us to include the outward and return transfers in the plan. For a gentler day, ask about staying in Yokohama. Tell us which matters most: a particular sight, local food, or less time traveling.

Check walking and the return plan

Share any difficulty with stairs, long walks or getting into a vehicle. Your proposal should name the meeting point, selected stops and return margin. Do not use a city-to-city transport estimate as the total time for a shore excursion.
